Pinon Park's two-bedroom, one and one-half bath two level condominiums measure 960 square feet. The entry level is an open floor plan that encompasses the living room with fireplace, breakfast room, full kitchen, half bath and enclosed laundry area with washer and dryer. The kitchens are fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes and all necessary cooking utensils. On the upper level is the master bedroom (many with a second television) which opens onto its own private deck, the guest bedroom and one full bathroom located in the hallway adjoining the bedrooms. Several combinations in bed sizes are available and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room can also be requested. Each condo also has is own private entry deck.

Pinon Park's location on the side of a pine covered mountain offers both breathtaking views of the mountains as well as peaceful serene views into the woods. Each of our condos are equipped with a television and VCR and all linens, towels and paper products are provided. The living area and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Our two-bedroom condos are priced for two, four or six persons.

Larger two-bedroom condos are also available and range in size from 1,450 square feet to 2,274 square feet. These larger two-bedroom condominiums offer a variety of floor plans on either two or three levels and have from two full and one-half bathrooms to three full and one-half bathrooms. The three level two-bedroom condos are exceptionally spacious and luxurious and include a second living area on the lower level. Some offer a full size pool table or bumper pool table on this level. The larger two-bedroom condos can comfortably accommodate from four to eight persons.
